Real Estate Litigation

Mr. Millman has substantial experience in handling Real Estate Litigation matters involving boundary/land use disputes, easement rights and legal proceedings/actions brought by municipalities against property owners alleging illegal property use and/or related code violations.

Mr. Millman routinely litigates matters in which he has requested or opposed the issuance of preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders against commercial establishments and has additionally handled several Article 78 Proceedings in courts throughout the New York City Metropolitan area.
